Gia Tskhovrebadze (Georgia) - Managing Partner 

Gia is PhD, Master of Psychology, PCC (ICF), the first and only TAAP (NATAA/USATAA) and Enneagram Accredited Professional (IEA) in the Caucasus and the whole post-Soviet region, Enneagram Spectrum Certified Instructor, Certified NLP Trainer (NLP GSA), a president of the Enneagram Association of Georgia (IEA Affiliated), Transactional Analysis Association of Georgia (EATA Affiliated) and Business Coaching Association of Georgia, a rector (president) of the Transactional Analysis and Enneagram Institute (Caucasus).

He is an originator of GINI world framework and GT-COACH model (published in Forbes), and also the Transactional Enneagram approach (published in IEA Nine Points), an author of the books: "The Big Encyclopedia of Transactional Analysis", "Transactional Analysis in Three Volumes", "NLP Techniques for Coaching", "GT-COACH - XXI Century's Coaching Model", "The Model GT-COACH for Your Success in Life and Business", "Coaching Handbook: From First Steps to the First International Accreditation", "Corporate Legal Entities", "Enneagram for Managers", "Enneagram by Leading World Schools", "Psychology of Marriage for 30+".

Gia is Forbes Coaches Council and Harvard Business Review Advisory Council member, co-founder of the ICF Saqartvelo (Georgia) Chapter, member of the New York Academy of Sciences, ICF New York City Charter Chapter, IEA, ITAA, EATA, APA and many other global professional communities. 

 

Yulia Kudryashova (St. Kitts and Nevis) - Partner.

Yulia is MA, PCC (ICF), Certified Wingwave Coach, Enneagram Professional (IEA), Certified Enneagram and Business Trainer, CIPD certified practitioner and certified CBT coach (CBT Association), an owner and director of language training company CLT Centre.

Yulia is a member of various international associations, including International Coaching Federation (ICF), Association for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, International Enneagram Association (IEA).

David Lewis Richardson (UK) - Partner.

David graduated with a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology at the University of Wales in the UK. and then gained an M.A. from the University of Bristol in Drama, Film and TV. He has gone on to make major Arts and History Documentaries before becoming a Drama Producer and Director for major UK and USA Broadcasters. He is particularly interested in using psychology in the development of dramatic performance.

David has worked with artists including Dame Judy Dench (‘M’ in the James Bond Films’) and Enya (Singer and composer – Lord of the Rings). As well as working with actors he also helps people from all walks of life improve their presentation, performance and public speaking skills, (C.E.O.’s, Lawyers, Politicians, TV and Radio presenters and interviewees). He has a deep interest in Enneagram and its methodology
