The Training Program "Coaching 101: Integrating Transactional Analysis", based on TA 101 (ITAA and EATA programs) and ICF gold standards of coaching, gives opportunity to meet with ICF Coaching Gold Standards, Transactional Analysis and its integration in the Coaching Model GT-COACH.
Training Program Goals:
1. Mastery of the Transactional Analysis fundamentals: To provide comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the TA system, including its history, theoretical foundations, and practical applications.
2. Coaching Proficiency: To develop advanced coaching skills specifically tailored to utilizing TA for personal and professional development.
3. Ethical Practice: To instill a deep sense of ethical responsibility and cultural sensitivity when applying the TA in coaching contexts.
4. Professional Certification: To prepare participants to become certified TA coaches, capable of helping clients achieve transformative growth through the insights provided by Transactional Analysis.
Objectives:
1. Understand the core concepts of Transactional Analysis (TA): Participants will learn to accurately identify and interpret the main concepts of TA usually teaching in TA 101 courses (ego-states, transactions, hungries, strokes, games, etc.)
2. Develop Coaching Techniques: Participants will acquire and practice coaching techniques.
3. Ethical Application: Participants will learn ethical guidelines and best practices for applying TA in various coaching scenarios, ensuring respect and sensitivity to individual differences.
4. Practical Application: Through case studies and role-playing, participants will practice applying their knowledge and skills in real-life coaching situations.
